I’ve been going to Willowbrook Dentistry in Houston for about 8 years, and Dr. Joseph Nguyen and his team have been consistently excellent the entire time. The staff is always friendly, professional, and welcoming, and the office is clean, modern, and very comfortable.

I’ve had everything from routine dental cleanings and exams to more involved treatments, and every visit has been smooth and stress-free. Dr. Nguyen is extremely thorough, gentle, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly, which makes a huge difference. What I appreciate most is that they never push unnecessary treatment and you always feel like you’re getting honest, high-quality care.

After a lot of trial and error with other dental chains (Castle, Lovett, etc.), I finally found a dentist I can trust and I look forward to visiting.

I can’t say enough good things about this office! The hygienist is so gentle and accommodating and Dr Nguyen is great. I’ve worked in dental for 15 years and I love this office for my own dental care. The way Dr Nguyen speaks to patients is incredibly educational in a very down to earth way. He recommended a new crown or repair to the crown on an implant and spent a good amount of time discussing treatment options with their pros and cons. The best part is I felt like this was a solution based conversation not a sales pitch. His whole staff is incredible and you can see his patient care first attitude in the office culture. The staff is always wonderful, and I especially appreciate Manager Theresa and Hygienist Kathryn for their excellent service. Dr. Nguyen performed a dental crown procedure for me, and the result is perfect. He was thorough, patient, and paid great attention to detail. The entire procedure was painless, and I can confidently say his work is exceptional – especially since I'm a dentist myself.
